Bangla Sangeet Mela – 2009
Paschim Banga Rajya Sangeet Academy has organized an eight-day music festival to welcome the Bengali New Year (Bangla Noboborsho). More than eleven hundred artists from different districts across West Bengal will take part in this great festival of music. Some of the eminent participants inlcude Manna De, Dwijen Mukhopadhyay, Subhamita, Srikanto Acharya, Indrani Sen, Shraboni Sen, Jatileshwar Mukhopadhyay, Subir Sen, Sibaji Chattopadhyay, Arundhati Homchowdhury, Saikat Mitra, Nirmala Mishra, and Babul Supriya. It will be a great oppertunity for all music lovers to visit the “Bangla Sangeet Mela” at Rabindra Sadan with friends and family and enjoy the best of Bangla Music all week.

I haven’t any word to say anything regarding Adhunik Gaaner Raaja Mannadha. He is the example himself; there are no ones to compare with this Bengali legend.
I will pray for Mannadha to long live n will get more thousand years age.
